During this phase, Dr. Patel supplements the chiropractic treatments by introducing exercises and stretches that can be done regularly in the office or at home to help accelerate the healing process
Once the corrective phase is successfully completed, the patient can then move into the MAINTENANCE PHASE. This period of care is typically long-term, provided at regular intervals to ensure the long-lasting benefits of wellness and prevent disease and spinal degeneration. Once a patient has worked to get to this level, it is much easier to stay well than to get well.
