Not sure what to expect from your first visit to a chiropractor?
HERE is what it looks like at Epoch Chiropractic.

After scheduling your visit and completing the forms below, you will meet with Dr. Patel to discuss your health concerns. Once she accepts your case, Dr. Patel will perform a thorough chiropractic, orthopedic, physical and neurological examination. The purpose of this examination is to locate the cause of your concerns so we can develop a plan best suited to help you.

X-rays & Imaging

When required, x-rays will be taken to get an accurate impression. We have a complete digital x-ray facility on the premises and referrals are NOT required. If you have recent x-rays, MRI or CT, please bring a copy of these documents or a report from the facility in which they were taken.

Finances

We ask all patients to bring their drivers license (or other form of ID) and medical insurance cards to the first appointment. This allows us to provide you with a complimentary benefits check for chiropractic services. If you have any questions or concerns regarding clinic charges, please ask us and we will be happy to assist you!

We accept most insurances

We encourage you to ask questions before and during your initial visit. Our goal is to make your visits to Epoch Chiropractic the most effective and enjoyable health care experience you could have on your “road back to health.”
